How CONXA uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, checkout, security, and service operation.

Updated June 11, 20266 min read

Summary

  • CONXA uses cookies and similar browser storage primarily for essential website, authentication, security, and checkout functions.
  • CONXA does not use advertising cookies by default.
  • Users can manage cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may break sign-in or checkout.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files or browser storage entries used by websites and service providers to remember sessions, preferences, security state, and device information. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDK-managed browser state.

Cookies and storage we use

Authentication cookiesSupport sign-in, sign-up, organization switching, and account security.Cookies or browser state set by Clerk or similar identity services.
Checkout cookiesSupport payment checkout and fraud prevention.Cookies or scripts used by Razorpay during checkout flows.
Local preferencesRemember interface state or reduce repeated prompts.Theme, dismissal, or dashboard state where implemented.

No advertising cookies by default

CONXA does not use advertising cookies, ad retargeting pixels, or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies by default. If marketing tracking is added later, CONXA should update this policy before that tracking is enabled.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, dashboard access, organization switching, payment checkout, or security controls from working correctly.

Third-party providers may provide their own controls for cookies or browser storage used in authentication, checkout, or support tools.

Runtime browser storage is different

This Cookie Policy is about the CONXA website and cloud dashboard. It is not the same as target-application browser session storage used by Build Studio or the runtime. Target-application browser sessions are local workflow execution state and are handled under the privacy and security docs.
